What do Happy Feet feel like?
The insoles might feel strange the first time you wear them in your shoes. If they didn't feel different, then they wouldn't be different from ordinary insoles. The feeling has been described as "like walking on a waterbed." A mini-massage all day long on your feet! [Top of Page]
Can I wear them all day long?
At first, you may only want to wear them a few hours and gradually work up to all day. Soon, you will want them in all your shoes. [Top of Page]
How do you size them?
Happy Feet can be trimmed at the toe area to prevent crowding at the heel. Do not trim the width. If the insoles are too wide for your shoes, you may need to go to the next size down. [Top of Page]
What is the liquid in the insoles?
It is a special formula, non-toxic, FDA-approved glycerine made in the United States. [Top of Page]
How do you know which insole fits in which shoe?
There is no right or left insole; either side of the velvet layers may rest against the shoe. [Top of Page]
What kind of shoes can I wear them in?

What type of sports can I do while wearing Happy Feet?
The insoles are designed for standing, walking and sports such as golf, bowling and low-impact aerobics. Happy Feet Insoles are not designed for running, as the fluid moving around can compromise stability during running. [Top of Page]
